Booking: The
client who wants to book
an apartment in Rome,
must fill in the
booking
form and send it by e-mail ( Please write correctly your e-mail
address ).
Deposit amount:
a 25% deposit is required upon
your
confirmation
The deposit payment must be paid by Bank transfer or Credit card within 7 days.
On receipt of your deposit payment, your booking will
be confirmed by e-mail or fax.
Balance due: It
will be paid in cash to the owner upon your arrival
Check-in:
Apartments are available from 12.00 ( noon ) of your
arrival day
Check-out: 10.00am
Security deposit:
A security deposit can be required by the Owner and totally refunded,
provided everything is in order at your departure.
Cancellation policy: In
case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than
30 days prior your arrival,
100% of the booking deposit is
reimbursed; No
refund will be given after this date. |
